Earlier in his career, Ted worked as a Carpenter’s Helper, gaining experience in foundation work, roofing, decks, flooring, drywall, and renovation projects caused by fire and flood damage. These early years helped him develop a detail-oriented approach that continues to define every inspection he performs today.

Ted holds certifications from both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and InterNACHI, and he completes 40 hours of continuing education each year to stay current on building standards, inspection techniques, and safety regulations. His goal is simple: to give every client the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their homes.

Beyond his professional expertise, Ted is a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Rita, have been married for over 25 years and are proud parents of two grown children — Josh, who also works alongside Ted at Quality Home Inspections, and Ashley. When he’s not inspecting homes, Ted enjoys traveling, camping, and fishing — but his true passion remains helping people protect their biggest investment.
